Her first playing music was improvisation. Later on, she studied classical music at the
Zurich University of the Arts. During and after her studies, she became interested in such composers as Christian Wollf, John Cage, Morton Feldmann, Maurizio Kagel...:
silence, the homo ludens, construction and deconstruction, subjectivity, theatrical aspects.
All these subjects led her back to improvisation. Today, she focus on the aspects of control and non-control, expressive reduction, time and timing and on having a good time while playing.
A current project is „Quatre Têtes“ with two pianos ( Claudia Ulla Binder and Gabriela Friedli) and trombone / alpenhorn ( Priska Walss)
